This will ensure we meet and exceed our customers expectations by demonstrating the required functionality of the equipment.
As an Authorized Service Center for i.safe MOBILE, we are approved to carry out repairs on their full range of hazardous area mobile devices. Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our valued customers in the event of a product issue. For warranty work and repairs you can easily submit a request via our portal. All the necessary information is displayed as mandatory fields when you create the ticket. We kindly ask you to save all important data and settings of your defective device before sending it to Exloc Instruments’ Service Center in Montgomery, TX. Then please send the unit to the address provided to you. You will be informed of the address in an automated e-mail directly after the ticket has been created.
As a registered user, you can view the current status of your repairs at any time in the i.safe MOBILE repair portal. After a successful repair, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number and a preliminary overview of the repairs carried out.

As the VP of Sales and Marketing, Ed oversees our team of technical sales experts. With nearly 20 years of experience working with hazardous area products he has built up a vast understanding of the different explosion protection techniques, he specializes in finding the safest solutions to fit your needs.
Ben serves as Business Development Manager for our Enterprise Mobility division. His vast experience working in the electrical and mobile device manufacturing industry will give you peace of mind knowing you are getting expert advice and guidance.
After nearly 20 years with Exloc serving as an Applications Specialist, Gary has developed a vast understanding of many different types of hazardous area products and prides himself with offering top level pre and post-sales support.
For almost 20 years, Tracy has managed our Inside Sales Department. She works hard every day to provide our customers with top notch support. She is an excellent source for getting answers to all of your hazardous area needs.
Before joining Exloc Instruments, Robin owned and operated various companies for 30 years. With her diverse background, she manages day-to-day operations and crafts strategies for advertising, digital, communications and creative.
Caleb brings over 10 years of experience diagnosing and repairing a vast range of equipment. As Service Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of our NEW service center. Caleb ensures that the service center meets performance targets, delivers high-quality repairs for our customers, and ensures that service level agreements are met.
