The BA338E is a third generation intrinsically safe rate totalizer that is compatible with the earlier BA338C, but has a much larger display, a linearizer and an isolated synchronous pulse output. The totalizer is easy to use and can be configured on-site to operate with flowmeters having a magnetic pick-off, switch contact, proximity detector, open collector or a voltage pulse output. A slide-in scale card simplifies identification and international intrinsic safety certification permits worldwide installation.

This easy to use, intrinsically safe rate totalizer can process and simultaneously display rate of flow and total flow from the pulse output of most flowmeters. International certification allows worldwide installation and a 16 segment linearizer ensures maximum accuracy.

Rate totalizer can be supplied configured and fitted with a customer specified printed scale card showing the units of measurement for no additional charge. Specified tag or application information can also be printed onto the rear of the instrument.
