  • Exloc Instruments, Inc. will ship products to the address specified by the customer during the checkout process or on the customer’s purchase order.
  • Shipping times and fees will be specified during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and title for the products are passed to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Warranty and Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs and restocking fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error by Exloc Instruments, Inc.
