The iSCAN101 is a wired handheld barcode scanner, designed for use in hazardous areas. Building on many years of experience in the barcode scanning field, this is the latest wired scanner from Extronics, replacing the iSCAN100. It is fully ruggedised, able to withstand fifty drops onto concrete from a height of 2m, and the ergonomic grip and lightweight, well-balanced body make the iSCAN101 easy to handle even whilst wearing gloves.
The long reading distance and wide scan line ensure that barcodes in awkward, hard-to-reach locations can be read, and the rapid scan rate of up to 500 scans per minute makes the iSCAN101 very efficient.
