For Process Visualization & Control in Hazardous Classified Locations and Extreme Environments
Challenger remote PC terminals enable process visualization and control in hazardous (classified) locations and extreme industrial environments. Up to four terminals can be connected to the client PC at distances up to 2,000 feet / 600 meters using intrinsically safe CAT7 data lines. Modular construction makes it easy to choose from optional displays, keyboards, pointing devices, and other user enhancements.
Terminals have an NEMA 4X / IP66 rating and can operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures. Stainless steel components are polished for clean room installation and support the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. Hazloc certifications cover installation in most global jurisdictions.
